Job Tasks

  • Further development of the quality management system (QMS)
  • Monitoring and ensuring compliance with standards (ISO 9001 & EN 9120)
  • Documentation and process management
  • Organization & implementation of Training & further education of employees
  • Implementation of internal audits
  • Analysis and improvement
  • Consulting and communication
  • Risk management
  • Monitoring customer satisfaction
  • Regular reporting to management on progress, successes and challenges in the territory
  • Responsibility for key account sales and territory sales
  • Monitoring of call-off orders and customer contracts in consultation with the GF

Your Qualities

  • German: Business fluent in spoken and written / English: Good to very good knowledge of English
  • Several years of experience in quality management, ideally in the industry or in the service sector
  • Sound knowledge of quality norms and standards (e.g. ISO 9001) and experience in the application of these standard
  • Experience in the implementation and management of internal and external audits
  • Completed studies or further training in the field of quality management or a comparable qualification
  • Confident handling of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Willingness to travel occasionally
  • Ongoing training in the field of quality management
